Project SHARE provides emergency food and support services to residents of Niagara Falls who are living on or below the poverty line as stipulated by Statistics Canada. The programs are designed to create positive, proactive alternatives in order that people can help themselves and their families in times of crisis.

–           Make annotations to the court record in accordance with Ministry Annotation Standards
–           Ensure the security of the court recordings, safeguarding against unauthorized access
–           Ensure quality of audio recording to ascertain and verify all contents of recordings
–           Process documentation filed in court and prepare and maintain courtroom for proceedings

n 2008 the Community Kitchen, with 23 years experience, merged with Out of the Cold which had been operating for 12 years. Both programs had similar mission statements. The merger allowed for wiser use of human and financial resources.
